I saw your shadow. 
It seems so free.
An easier expression
than how you've chosen to be
in the Shadow there is a freedom
In the Shadow you are real
In the Shadow there is magic
So much safer for you to reveal
In the spotlight you have to be cautious
In the "Real World" a chosen few
In the Shadow you get to be silly
In the Shadow you get to be you
For the lucky that get to know
the fullness of your heart
In the Shadow you give us a glimpse
In the Shadow you expand your ART.

Meditation
We meditate to connect
as we close our eyes to the outside world
As we sink into our breath
A deeper connection we always find
When we come from a place of peace and calmness
Of true connection with ourselves
We become better humans
and in that lies our true wealth

Beauty
Your beauty is on the inside
but I kinda like your smile
I wonder if you'd mind
If I starred at you awhile
I'll be watching for the sparkle
that tells me who you are
I'd be honored by the twinkle
that shows me we are not so far
from our outsides matching our insides
from the connection we all crave
to the knowing we are all connected
and joining together is how we save
the world that seems so crazy
when we look around
we should strive to live the love
and we will see we are quickly found. 
a solution to our problems
a light at the end of the tunnel
that seems so long
and as I reflect your brilliance
you can see it's been inside you all along
